Chinese dragon eggs

Ingredients:

12 eggs
3 teaspoons black tea
1 tsp salt
1 strip of tangerine peel
4 star anise
125 ml soy sauce

Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes. Remove the eggs, do not pour off the cooking water! Quench eggs, beat cracks in the eggshells with a spoon. Add remaining ingredients to the cooking water and bring to a boil. Carefully pour the eggs into the water, cover and simmer for about 40 minutes until the eggs turn brown. Let cool down.
