cinnamon parfait

Last time I ate the delicious cinnamon parfait for the first time with my girlfriend and finally I got the recipe. Of course it will be shared with you right away.
ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g of sugar
- 250 ml of cream
- 1 tbsp cinnamon, if you do not like quite a dominant flavor of cinnamon, you can only take one tsp
- (Transparent film and a box shape)
preparation
- First of all you have to separate the eggs and whip up the egg yolks with the sugar over a warm water bath, then add the cinnamon.
- Now in another bowl, beat the cream stiff and take the egg-sugar-cinnamon mass from the warm water bath and let it cool over a cold water bath (but always stir). Once everything is cold, fold in the cream.
- Now line the box with the foil and add the mass.
- Off to the freezer, about 4 hours, but better overnight.
- 30 minutes before eating, get out the parfait and let it thaw at room temperature.
- This tastes great fresh fruit ... hmmm!
