Clean and dry Dressier spray bag / piping bag
Dressing or Spritzsäcke / piping bags as they are used for decorating pies, for dressing for various creams, pies and Farcen, unfortunately, you can not wash in the washing machine. I'm talking about these, which are made of coated fabric. From time to time you should still boil them in the saucepan with water for 6 minutes.
Otherwise it is enough
- First rinse the cream with running water and then afterwards
- Wash well with detergent outside and inside
- then rinse well with hot water
- so that everything dries well, I take a 1-liter bottle, put a piece of kitchen paper over it and put the sack on it, as you can see in the photo well
- The next day it has become nice and dry at room temperature and can be put away or used again immediately
This procedure is especially important because otherwise a musty, unpleasant odor can quickly develop. Such a smell is always an indication of bacteria, and indeed those that we certainly do not want to have in our food!
If you are unsure whether the dressage bag has become really clean, it is boiled in the water as a precaution and allowed to dry as described.
