Marinate grilled meat

Since we do not like the ready-to-eat pieces of meat / grilled meat, I like to marinate them myself. That in turn makes many, so nothing new.

My advice:

Portion the pieces of meat into a freezer bag and then pour over the appropriate marinade. Then seal with a bag seal and put in the fridge. From time to time properly "knead".

The advantage is that you (n) significantly less marinade needs and through the bag less air gets to the thing and the meat well pervades.

My recipe for the above marinade:

Quantities according to taste.

ingredients

  • oil
  • TK herbs (basil, chives, parsley, 8 herbs)
  • freshly cut garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • and like to sharpen something

I like to take the "agitator of the" Fa. Sonnentor "is available at our organic shop.

Super nice WE all!
