Stirring and sand cake - will be nice and easy
Inge`s tip to get rid of stew and sand cake: 1. Replace the Magarine with soft butter. Delicious! 2. Instead of stirring the whole eggs into the dough, just add the egg yolk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and finally lift them under the dough with a spoon. The cake will be nice and easy.
Agnetha: The dough actually gets nice and airy when you work egg yolk and white separately, but it's not necessary to do it that way:first stir the butter and sugar until the mixture is light and creamy and the sugar has dissolved, then carefully stir in the eggs one by one ... only then (ideally mixed with the baking powder before and ideally) sieved) flour and any other ingredients such as nuts or so
but then quickly into the oven with the cake otherwise the glue "works" in the flour and makes the cake tough
Incidentally, the ingredients combine better when butter and eggs are at the same temperature ... so it's best to remove them from the fridge on time
Another tip: do not place the cake pan on a baking sheet but on a grid, preferably in the middle of the oven
