Simple fish soup


Preparation time: 20 min.

Very easy and you present yourself as the perfect housewife:

  1. Chop vegetables (carrot, parsley root, celery, fennel)
  2. In the pot, in which an onion and a clove of garlic is already seared in olive oil
  3. Water on it (500 ml, depending on the blackhead)
  4. Frozen salmon filet (one piece per person) in the boiled vegetable soup
  5. Rosemary, cumin, salt, pepper - season to taste
  6. Wait until everything is done
  7. Lubricate the butter dish and serve together with the soup, on which a few fresh herbs (chives) optically make up.

The soup is so great because you completely abstain from vegetable broth and thus unsightly flavor enhancers.
