Cooking crayfish

How are crabs cooked and cooked? Here is my recipe:

Take a large pot of about 4 liters, fill it with water, add 200 g of salt, 200 g of sugar and plenty of dill. Everything is brought to a boil and then you can sink the crayfish, up to 50 pieces in it. The whole thing is then cooked for 15 - 20 minutes. Now the crabs are ready and you can offer them for consumption.

Another tip for salt: Here in Sweden you use so-called Grovsalt. So no fine-grained salt, but coarse-grained.
