Crepes without egg

I like to eat crepes for my life, sweet or spicy. Unfortunately my friend can not handle an egg, so I searched for alternatives.

After the tip of an acquaintance, I have finally found something, and would not like to withhold this:

ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 ml rare
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 1 shot of oil
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients to a liquid dough and let it pass through well, i. leave for about 1 hour.
  2. Then bake normally on the preheated crepe plate - note: they will not really turn brown.
  3. Not surprised at the liquid consistency, I was also skeptical at first, but it works well!
  4. If you want to eat the crêpes spicy, e.g. with cheese and herbs, the sweet ingredients omit and possibly by herbs or similar. replace.
  5. Whether it works in the pan, I have not tried. But would not know what speaks against it.
