Schwäbischer Stierrum - hearty Kaiserschmarren

I have this recipe from my mother-in-law. It is an old Swabian recipe and similar to a hearty Kaiserschmarren.
With us there are - also from Schwiemu abgeguckt - bean salad. But you can certainly eat any other vegetables or even just green salad.
The word "bullrum" sounds strange to non-Swabians. It means stirring as much as, turning around, just "rumstieren" in Swabian.
My mother-in-law had no quantities for this, because she cooked only from the head. She just meant to stir a firm pancake batter. I then set the following quantities for 4 people:
ingredients
- 400 g of flour
- 5 eggs
- Milk to feel
- salt
preparation
- The dough is stirred with the stirrer.
- Heat the pan with fat and add the whole dough.
- If it turns slightly brown at the bottom, (it does not matter if it disintegrates, it will be dismembered anyway) and fry from the other side. Again and again chop with a spatula into pieces (as in Kaiserschmarrn, which certainly everyone knows).
- When the pieces are lightly browned and crispy, serve.
