Sea buckthorn tea with ginger and cinnamon: strengthens the immune system

ingredients

  • Sea-buckthorn berries (also frozen) 100 g
  • Ginger tuber 2-3 cm
  • Cinnamon sticks 2 pcs.
  • Orange slices 2 pcs.
  • A few mint leaves
  • Honey to taste
  • boiling water 500 ml

preparation

  1. First rub 2-3 cm of peeled ginger on a fine grater.
  2. Pound buckthorn berries and mix with the grated ginger
  3. Add the cinnamon sticks, orange slices, mint leaves and honey (to your liking).
  4. Then pour the whole with bubbly boiling water and leave for at least 5 to 7 minutes.
