Cucumber and courgette salad

I was in need of lunch again today. Wanted to eat cucumber salad, but only with a cucumber, that was not worth it. But still had a zucchini.
I have now done the following:
- The cucumber peeled, (because I can not stand the shell)
- Washed zucchini
- Lemon juice provided; a fresh lemon would have been better
- Sugar, pepper, salt provided
- Chopped parsley ready
preparation
- I sliced the cucumber into a larger bowl, kneaded some salt and covered it with a plate until the cucumber became juicy. Then pour the cucumber juice into a mixing bowl.
- Now grate the zucchini with the cucumber slices and mix with the salad servers.
- The cucumber juice I have now mixed with the lemon juice, the sugar, the salt and the pepper, seasoned and poured over the cucumber-zucchini salad and after mixing again tasted.
- Finally I gave the chopped parsley over it.
- For digestibility you could even add a few drops of oil.
The zucchini took on the taste of the cucumber and so I had a larger portion for lunch.
