Duping did not help, warm water either. So with the paint bucket and repaint?
I took Dan Klorix as the penultimate escape. Put some chlorine cleaner on a white (kitchen paper) cloth and treat the stains with care. In fact, they went away, the color (good alpina white) remained on the wall.
