Dip cream with mango chutney

A fantastic dip cream with mango chutney

You need the following ingredients

  • 1 glass of mango chutney, preserved with sweet and sour sauce (available on special shelves at Rewe, Edeka etc.)
  • 1 glass of Miracle Whip normal or balance (light)
  • 1 bag of donated almonds (donated because it should have a bit of bite)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of curry to taste, also a little cumin fits
  • Freshly ground black or colorful pepper
  • A little salt and a pinch of sugar to round it off

preparation

  1. Cut the mango chutney into small pieces, add the Miracel Whip, add the spices and mix well and place in the fridge for a few hours.
  2. Allow to consume about half an hour outside the refrigerator, allow to reach room temperature before the aroma can develop. (Also takes a few days in the fridge well if it was too much).
  3. Ideal for fondue, grilled, raclette or just for dipping in a sociable round with white bread or chips.
