Garlic quark dip

In the food processor or with the hand mixer stir creamy curd cheese creamy for a few minutes at medium speed. He loses his "granularity" and becomes silky soft and viscous (later becomes stronger again).

Per 500 g quark 1 to 2 heaped tsp of my garlic in olive oil or olive oil flavored only with garlic (depending on how intense you like it), salt or herbal salt to taste (not too short) and a tsp of sugar and neat by mixing.

This is my basic garlic quark, which I like to enjoy with taco chips. Also to raw food or jacket potatoes, to grilled meat or fish, to baked squid rings - in principle to use as sour cream.

Can be changed with various herbs to taste. But it is not necessary.
