After endurance or strength training, the body is still running at full speed. The muscles burn more calories for quite a while than at rest, although you have already stopped exercising and your heartbeat has long been at normal levels.

So, if you take a shower immediately, you will be wet with sweat after drying and dressing.

In the meantime, when I finish my workouts or the class in the gym, I walk around in the gym for a while, talk to the people, have a drink, and let it go for at least 20 minutes, better half an hour or so Showers, then the freshness effect also stops.
