Drink more through effective symbolism
Effective symbolism helps to drink more. I always forgot to drink. Then I had an idea: I have a (no-license) photo from the internet, on which someone drinks from a glass of water, printed on plain paper, below the words "WATER IS LIFE!" written.
The picture with the saying I've folded up once and stuck a simple rubber ring underneath. So you can use it again and again: Just hang around every bottleneck (or around a glass of water). Do not slip and - it works!
Since I read this message, I drink my bottle every day empty. And many have read it and imitated it as a great tip. What do you think?
