Easter cookies - different yeast dough bunnies

These yeast dough hare look great on the covered Easter table and taste good.

Basically, they are made from ordinary yeast dough, just wanted to give you a stimulus for the forms of the hare.

ingredients

Yeast dough:


  • 380 g of flour
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 pck vanillin sugar
  • a few drops of lemon flavor
  • 1 pck of dry yeast
  • 1 egg (only the protein)
  • 125 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

preparation

Leave the dough for about 2 hours in a warm place. Maybe you have your own yeast dough recipe and of course you can use it for the rabbits as well.

For painting: Mix 1 egg yolk with 2 tablespoons milk. Bake at 170 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes, then let cool and decorate with couverture, icing, food colors, etc.
