egg roll
Time
Total preparation time: 25 min.
Egg roll (filled) with diced ham and herbs - also suitable for the cold buffet.
Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp mineral water
- 1 pack TK garden herbs or better, fresh diced chives and parsley
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 100 ml of cream
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- 200 g of diced, lean ham
preparation
- Eggs, 1/2 package of frozen herbs and approx. 3 tablespoons mineral water with a fork or similar good luck.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Lay out a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to approx. 180 degrees.
- Pour the egg mixture on the baking paper and let it stand in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Afterwards, let the plate cool with the stock egg mass.
- In the meantime mix the cream cheese, the cream and the other half of the TK herbs in a suitable container well.
- Then carefully remove the baking paper from the egg mass (if you brush the baking paper with cold water, it works very well).
- On the topped egg mass, you now brush the cheese mixture, sprinkle the diced ham on it and roll it up as a roll.
The role can be eaten immediately or else only the next day.
We ate the roll on multigrain bread, but that's up to everyone.
A cucumber salad or even a green salad goes just as well as just tomato and cucumber slices.
Good Appetite!
