At the moment I have to eat a lot of protein because of my "circumstance". I have just made a real push.

ingredients

  • 3 fully ripe bananas
  • 500 g of low-fat quark
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder vanilla
  • milk

preparation

Puree the bananas with a little milk and the protein powder, add the quark and stir. DONE and delicious.
