Fast yeast bread: healthy and delicious

ATTENTION: The bread is addictive! ;)

Ingredients:

500 g Wheat or wholemeal spelled flour
450 ml of lukewarm water
1 cube of yeast
2 tablespoons fruit vinegar (I also like to use apricot vinegar)
2 level TL salt
1 tsp honey (delicious are dark honeys, but not necessarily)
150 g sesame seeds, linseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, etc.
(sometimes with nuts, grated carrots or raisins)



Preparation: (also pay attention to the note below)

Break the yeast into the lukewarm water.

Add vinegar, salt and honey.


Switch on food processor or hand mixer with dough hook and add the flour spoonwise. Finally, stir in the grains.

Now fill in a box mold and cut the top lengthwise.

For the beginners: cut in, that's why the dough goes up. ;)


Put in the cold oven. DO NOT LET GO!!!

Approximately Bake top and bottom heat or circulating air for 1 hour at 200 ° C (middle rail).

Now you loosen the bread from the mold and put it for 10 minutes for baking to the grid.

You see and smell it already.

If you knock on the bottom of the mold, the bread must sound hollow.


By the way:

I always put out the box shape with baking paper.

In the oven, I put a cup of water, so that the bread gets a nice crust.

This is due to the high humidity.

If you prefer to use dry yeast, mix it with the flour.
