"Pulled Goose": a men's sandwich

Time

Preparation time: 10 min.
Total preparation time: 10 min.

Football at our home and something strengthening has to be on the table, because cheering is hungry and the men consider themselves international. Of course, this burns calories if they have mentally scored every goal.

From the Christmas goose, I had frozen plenty of meat and I thought of a crispy juicy three-tiered baguette with salad, tomatoes and goose meat. Since I prepared the goose in the low method and she was in the oven for 10 hours, the meat met all the criteria of the "Pulled Pork".

By chance, there was chicken the day before and a large part of the breast was still left.

Ingredients (for 4 national players)

  • 2 baguettes, preferably onion baguette or paprika olive baguette
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1 sachet of fresh salad mix (or carrot, iceberg lettuce, lettuce, red cabbage, white cabbage - if you like it yourself)
  • garlic sauce
  • spicy chilli sauce (I prefer my homemade chutneys - but is a matter of taste and chutney is not everyone in the house, but fits well)

preparation

  1. The bread is split and the two halves split horizontally twice
  2. Each slice is alternately spread with the sauces.
  3. Place salad and tomato.
  4. Plenty of goose meat or chicken meat.
  5. Fold everything together and hold together with a skewer or the like.

The men were excited and the game ... well.
