Find lost keys faster
One should mark house or car keys under no circumstances with address or telephone numbers. Addresses anyway not and phone numbers also not because the phone numbers can often be assigned to an address via search tools.
Now I recently lost 4 'BKS', that means cylinder key on a ring and I did not know where.
After looking around at the lost property office on his website, I noticed that many cities and towns use the same software, where they can search what they lost, if possible with where and when.
There were, however, hundreds of entries with normal keys. After 1 week, I checked again and lo and behold, my little keychain appeared, with the addition, "Cylinder key with attached cucumber"!
And I actually have a small cucumber with face (about 3 cm long) on the keychain, gave it somewhere as a gag gift.
So the message is:
Something hanging on the keys that is as clear as possible to recognize. This simplifies the search and retrieval in the databases of the lost property offices.
