Fine wild garlic butter

I have recently worked out the perfect recipe for wild garlic butter. Unfortunately, I always cook for feeling and not exactly for the recipe. The quantities are therefore not very accurate.
Ingredients I've used:
- 500 g soft butter
- a good handful of wild garlic
- little mustard
- Abrasion of a lemon
- Juice of half a lemon
- salt
- pepper
- meat seasoning
preparation
- Beat the butter briefly and mix with the finely chopped wild garlic, add the spices and lemon to taste.
- I try in between with a piece of bread and season until the butter tastes right.
- The finished butter I put briefly cold and then roll it with cling film to a "sausage". Then I slice them and freeze them.
- It is also particularly nice to spray the wild garlic butter with the spray sack into small chocolate cases and freeze them.
