Making butter yourself in the food processor

There are some old kitchen utensils to butter, which have always been too time consuming and tedious. It is much easier!

I have 3 packets of room-warm cream (goes also H-cream) beaten in the food processor to cream. If it's stiff, just let it go on, it will create a krisselige Pampe. Now slow down a bit and wait until a nice lump of butter has formed around the whisk and the rest is thin whey.

Put the whole in a fine strainer and squeeze the whey out a bit. That gives a handful of the finest butter!
