Fishsoup

Fish soup is not the same fish soup. If you sit somewhere on the lake, all the ingredients then still has and also catch fish, then you can make a delicious fish soup.

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 1 piece of celery (125 g)
  • 1 stick of leek
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 g butter or Magarine

  • some fish waste (heads, bones, etc.)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt, pepper of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp saffron threads
  • 2 - 3 garlic cloves
  • 500 - 700 g freshwater fish
  • 1 bunch of parsley and
  • 1/4 L sweet cream

preparation

Dice celery, leeks, onions and carrots very finely and fry in butter or margarine for 20 minutes on a very low heat. Deglaze with half a bottle of wine. Cook the fish for 20 minutes in this broth. In the last 5 minutes, bring bay leaf, salt, saffron, pepper and a clove of garlic. Then take out the fish waste.

Boil the cleaned uncooked pieces of fish in a large heat for 7 minutes in the soup, then remove from the fire. Crush the remaining garlic cloves and stir with the chopped parsley under the cream. Add this mixture to the soup before serving. Do not cook with me.
