For meat dishes, save half the meat

Meatballs are tasty but rather greasy. You can save half the meat amount if you soy granules soaks and admits.

If you spice vigorously, you hardly notice the difference. You can start with 150 grams of hack less at the beginning and replace this amount with soy. If the family wipes out the food without complaint, then you increase the amount.

The meatball or stuffing for the peppers is so calorie-reduced, cheaper - and you reduce the meat consumption.


Soy granules are available in most large drugstore chains in a transparent bag with instructions for use.

I also often make patties of chickpeas, buckwheat and oatmeal and grated zucchini, but this recipe is something for meat eaters.
