Win time in the morning - freeze break sandwiches.
With us four people need to be with us for the day break bread be supplied - a lot of sandwiches that come together and a lot of time, which is just not available in the morning in abundance. That can quickly turn into stress.
So I got used to having the right time once a week to finish all the breads and then freeze them.
In the morning after getting up, they are only taken out of the freezer. They are thawed until the first break. A pleasant side effect: The bread tastes almost as fresh as just bought. The time saved can then be enjoyed with a cozy cup of coffee to wake up!
