Fruit Muffins

Since I'm relatively new here and have put almost no tips in, I thought I could share my muffin recipes with you.

My first muffin recipe is the fruit muffin:

ingredients

  • about 12 paper baking cups
  • 100 g of flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 175 g of sugar
  • 1 p. Vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g of quark
  • Juice and peel of a 1/2 lemon
  • Fruits and jam for garnish

So and now I want to show you how the delicious muffins are made:

preparation

  1. First, you heat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. Then mix the flour well with cornflour and baking powder.
  3. Stir 125 g butter with 100 g sugar and the vanilla sugar until well frothy. Then add 2 eggs and stir until everything has mixed.
  4. Add the flour mixture and stir until a smooth dough is formed.
  5. Now evenly distribute the dough in the 12 paper cups.
  6. Stir frothy butter, sugar and the rest of the egg.
  7. Stir in the curd cheese, grated peel and squeezed juice, stir well and spread all over the muffin dough.
  8. Bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Garnish muffins with the fruits and jam and enjoy.

The muffins taste cool on a warm spring - summer day best.
