Simple delicious apple pie for baking beginners

This cake is fast on the table and even people with little baking experience will be proud of the delicious result.

- 200 g butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 300 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda

- 200 g of butter are softened and mixed with 200 g of sugar. Stir creamy with the hand mixer. Gradually, 3 whole eggs are added. Please have each egg in a cup - if it should be a bad one. Happens!
- Then add 300 g of flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.
- One kilo of apples are peeled and cut into small pieces.
- A springform of 28 cm in diameter is laid out with baking paper - in some supermarkets, baking paper is already cut to size for springtime molds. You can also butter out the shape and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then it does not matter.
- The dough is filled into the springform, the apples are distributed on it. Spread 2 tbsp sugar mixed with 1 tbsp cinnamon on top.
- At 180 degrees, the cake is baked for about 50 minutes, which varies depending on the oven. Stick test - if a piece of raw dough sticks to it, the cake needs a few more minutes.
This recipe is quite simple without any special refinement. Of course you can add lemon, almonds, raisins, rum or a layer of vanilla pudding between dough and apples - but it tastes so - completely naked - wonderful.
