Nut Bundt cake

This Gugelhupf is easy to bake and tastes very airy yummy.
ingredients
- 200 g of butter or margarine
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g almonds (ground)
- 100 g hazelnuts (ground)
- 350 g of flour
- 1 packet of baking soda
- a small shot of milk (about 3 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp rum (if you want to go also Rumaroma, but then take 2 tbsp more milk)
- Powdered sugar for dusting or chocolate icing
Preparation:
- Actually, it was in the recipe you should lightly fry the nuts in a pan and let it cool, which I have not done, but just give it so.
- The sugar is whisked well with the butter or margarine, then the eggs are added and the remaining ingredients.
- Stir with milk and rum and fill into a greased Gugelhupfform.
- Bake at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes, then allow to cool and then sprinkle with glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
