Fruity delicacy for adults - grilled grapefruit

I did not want to believe it, but it tastes great, a grilled grapefruit.

The ingredients (apply per person):

1/2 grapefruit
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon butter
1 salad leaf for garnish
4 tablespoons brandy or who has, cognac
1 teaspoon chopped pistachios

And this is how it's done:

First, cut the flower or stalk of the shell thin and straight. As a result, the shell stays better later. Then with a knife with a flexible blade (because of the rounding) or a special grapefruit knife, remove the fruit fillets from the skin, but do not remove from the skin. First sprinkle the sugar over it, then spread the butter over it in small blobs. Place under a preheated grill (hence the hint with the stalk base) until the butter is melted and the sugar is caramelized. Then place the grapefruit half in a dessert bowl laid out with the lettuce leaf, sprinkle with the brandy and sprinkle with the pistachios. Serve hot immediately and enjoy.
