I'm always annoyed when driving a car about the people - the SO drive close behind me, that I can not even read the front license plate in the rearview mirror.
I drive adjusted or just according to the speed limit - certainly not traffic jeopardy slow? but that does not seem to suit a few of our contemporaries.

BUT ... It is not prohibited to use the windscreen washer - whether needed or not, the backer does not know that behind me anyway. So I clean my windows and that until the car driver behind me is so annoyed that he / she prefers to go at a distance.
