Avoid heavy keyring on the car ignition lock

Who - like me - still owns a car with conventional door / ignition lock, should pay attention that the car key does not dangle together with the complete heavy key collection (plus sensible trailer of any kind) at the ignition lock.

The weight of the often heavy remaining keys, which also swing back and forth while driving, damages the ignition lock permanently. A small trailer on the car key, which can be easily detached from the main keyring with a kind of snap hook before driving, weighs a lot less. Also, the problem that another key gets stuck close to or under the ignition during cranking is eliminated.

The latter happened to me often; and along with my fingers, if those were not "squeezed" even while turning the key, it was sometimes a real mess.

Small side effect: the background noise is a bit more pleasant ...

Against your favorite mini toy, so that the poor, old car key is not so alone, the ignition will have but probably nothing to object, dear girls ... I conclude now here sometimes and look forward to your comments.
