Green beans with almond paste

This is a delicious lunch, very filling through the almonds.

Afterwards have a coffee with a little ice cream cake, full and satisfied!

You need:


750 g of green beans, clean and clean, i. Cut off the stalk.

For the pesto

100 g almond flakes
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
5 tablespoons chopped smooth parsley
Salt pepper
3EL olive oil
1 pinch of chilli powder
1 pinch of sugar
100 g coarsely crushed Parmesan


1 vegetable bouillon cube for the beans
1 tsp dried savory
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cook the green beans in the broth and just a little with savory and some salt. They taste better if they are not too soft.

Drain and heat up.


In the food processor or the mixer / blender, the ingredients for the pesto are shattered until you get a smooth paste.

To serve the beans come in a bowl, then the pesto is distributed over it.
