Ham and bacon pie

Visit had announced surprisingly and I stood thoughtfully in front of my fridge.
I had eggs, bacon, Knofi, onions and ricotta and cream and flour.
Since I did not have time for a proper soil, I simply cut the ingredients and then dusted over and lifted 150 g of flour.
Just under an hour, I baked the bacon at 175 degrees, on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. It was crisp and tasted like a mixture of pizza, onion pie and Quiche Lorraine.

- 4 onions, peeled and diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 g diced bacon
- 3 eggs
- 200 g ricotta
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 150 g of flour
- Salt, pepper and some sugar
