Hazelnut truffles

Makes about 30-40 delicious truffle pralines :-)

100 g of ground hazelnuts
100 g soft butter
100 g (bittersweet) chocolate
100 g of powdered sugar

Material for rolling the truffle
maybe 30-40 whole hazelnuts

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath, allow to cool briefly and process with the soft butter, icing sugar and hazelnuts to a very smooth mass, then put them in the fridge for a few hours.

Form small bite-sized globules from the cooled mass with the help of a teaspoon.
If you like, you can put a whole (roasted) hazelnut in each ball while you make your own mold.

Then roll in some ground nuts (or cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, etc.) and - if necessary ;-) - store in the refrigerator.
