Good luck marzipan
Knead marzipan raw material with a few drops of food color (Dr. Oetker in a pack of 4) and make wonderful figures out of it. For example, Good luck charm at the turn of the year.
Let it dry a bit and then wrap it in foil.
So children can help crafting :)
Also perfect for decorating cakes!
Eg baptism cake.
So that marzipan but does not stick to the work surface or the rolling pin, beat in baking paper and roll out!
But very carefully dine the food color (really colors very strong)!
