Homemade foot bath with milk and herbs

Painful, tired feet get fit quickly, with a homemade footbath - milk and herbs.

This foot can be appreciated if you were up all day. Even better, if a dear man prepares it for the tired man and hands it on with a towel and the TV magazine:

In a water bath, heat for 10 minutes:


1/2 l of milk

1 bunch peppermint

6 sprigs of rosemary


Then pour the mixture into a foot bath bowl through a strainer.

Continue to add:

5 drops of peppermint oil

Fill with warm water so that your feet are up to your ankles in the foot bath.

Enjoy twenty minutes, then dry off! The feet feel fresh and refreshed, the skin is very tender due to the milk.
