Homemade peanut butter

My husband loves peanut butter over everything, and peanuts, and peanut sauce and and and .... and woe to me when I forget about the peanut butter in my daily shopping!

When this happened to me, even on the weekend, I once tried to make peanut butter myself - or, for the purists who know exactly what must be in the peanut butter (I do not know) a peanut bread spread.

I crack peanuts, peel them (brown skin rubbed off) until I have about 200 grams of nuts, and puree them in the blender until they get creamy and some oil settles. Then add milk until the consistency is a bit creamy, one, two tablespoons of coconut flakes, salt, sugar (to taste) and the spread is ready.

It tastes great (I've always had to make the peanut butter myself) and it can also be varied, with a little more milk there is a dip that you can still refine with ground, dried chili peppers, or a sauce in which you can cook chicken meat ,
