Relieve rheumatic complaints

So far I only knew that linden flower tea strengthens the immune system and can prevent influenza infections. A colleague has now advised me to use it against my rheumatic complaints and has brought me a supply of linden flowers, which she has already dried. I prepare the tea as follows:

Pour 1 teaspoon of dried flowers into 250 ml of boiling water and allow to infuse for at least 10 minutes. Then strain the flowers and drink the tea in small sips.

You can drink up to 3 cups daily, as the tea is very mild.

I have not found side effects so far and found no information about them.

The tea has a refreshing taste and as it also strengthens the body's defenses, it is the ideal tea for me in this season.
