Cucumber salad without dill

For the salad (two people) you need

2 snake cucumbers
1 small cup of sour cream
1 pinch of sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1-2 tablespoons of ground white pepper

The cucumbers are thoroughly washed, freed from unsightly spots on the skin and then grated as finely as possible including the skin with a grater. Then the salt is added and mixed thoroughly. Now let stand for about 5 minutes until the salt is absorbed nicely. Then drain off the juice as completely as possible (so much of the salt goes out again). Season with pepper to taste (we prefer a bit sharper), add the sour cream and season with a little sugar.
