Ice-cream sticks with fresh fruits from the freezer bag

Inspired by the ice cube containers from Ikea with long, finger-thick compartments, which I never bought, I have such a container for myself. made from a freezer bag to make ice-cream sticks with fresh fruits in it.

If you have a vacuum sealer, you can easily imitate the tip:

Weld a commercial freezer bag vertically into medium finger sized fields (a 3 liter bag will yield 5-6 trays)

Fill fresh fruits (blackberries, blueberries, tangerines, gooseberries, strawberries, lemon wedges, raspberries or peppermint leaves etc.) and fill with water or syrup / juice etc.

Hit the filled freezer bag once, close it with a freezer clip and place in the freezer.

The frozen long ice cubes look nice in the drink or can be eaten like water ice.

The bag can be used several times.
