Italian minestrone

I still have a delicious soup recipe, this time from Italy. But this time not from my lovely Italian neighbor, but she has already eaten it with me and it tasted very good!

Dice 4 onions, 4 cloves of garlic and 100 g of bacon and braise with each other. Meanwhile, clean the vegetables and dice or cut into slices: 4 stalk celery, 2 fennel tubers, 4 carrots, 2 kohlrabi, 2 zucchini, 200 g green beans. Sauté briefly with these vegetables, add 4 tablespoons of tomato puree and 2 1/2 liters of broth. Season with salt, pepper, chili and oregano. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add 150 g of short noodles (for example croissants), a can of white beans and 200 g of frozen peas to the soup and let it cook. Taste again. Add white bread or ciabatta with olive paste. If you want, you can add a dollop of basil pesto to the soup in your plate.
