Lock the mailbox? how does it work?
When the phone rings, I'm pretty messy. First find the thing, then fumble out of the case, then open and find the right key. That takes many seconds. But after 20 seconds, the mailbox will be turned on. The horror! Of course, I often hear, why do not you go to the phone ... That's why I locked the mailbox. And that's how it goes with Vodafone:
First I have the service no. 0172-22 90 229 called. And with the cell phone on which I want to block the mailbox. The employee wanted to know a customer password. Of course, I did not know that. Therefore name and address were requested. Then the employee has arranged (at my request) that the mailbox block is carried out. I also had to write down the key combination ## 004 #. The conversation ended.
Then I typed in the key combination and called (press? Send key? Means that). The message came that the mailbox is now locked. Then I turned off the phone and waited 10 minutes. That must be so, so that the Mailbox can be locked correctly. To unlock you get a code. But I only do that in emergencies!
