Minced meatballs - something different

300 g minced meat (mixed)
salt pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup of pine nuts - who likes to roast them before - tastes great
some water
3 - 4 onions
olive oil
3 apples
3 bananas
1/2 curry each, cinnamon and cardamom

Mix the minced meat with the spices and eggs, the pine nuts and water to a dough. Form small dumplings and sauté. Cover the pan and cook the dumplings.


Slice the onions and fry in hot oil. Slice the peeled apples, add to the onions, stir. Now cut the bananas into slices and add them to the onions. Possibly. Add a little more fat, salt carefully, season with curry, cinnamon and cardamom and cook for about 10 minutes.

Serve the vegetables in the wreath of dumplings.

This fits very well rice or just baguette.
