Mint sugar for desserts
For the production you need a mortar.
In these you give sugar and a few fresh mint leaves. The amount depends on how much you need and how strong the taste should be - has to be tried!
Now you mix the whole thing with slight pressure in circular movements. After a few seconds, the sugar combines with the mint. The mint sugar is ready when the mint is no longer visible as a plant.
Goes well with all types of fruit desserts or even ice cream.
