More exercise in everyday life - a few tricks for Lazy

More exercise in everyday life is easy, with a few simple tricks.

If you are like me, you should read on here. I want to move more, but I just do not have time or desire for a lot of sports. That's why I'll tell you my five insider tips here in order to integrate more exercise in everyday life, in addition, of course, you can still do sports.

1. Take the stairs

Everyone has probably heard this tip before. And yet it is so easy and at the same time you do something for your own fitness. While others wait for the elevator, you can start running yourself, and even save time.

2. Get off at the train station earlier

I've gotten into the habit of getting off after work 1, or even 2 train stations, to run the rest. I can reflect on the day after work and the fresh air is good for me.

3. Do some paperwork while standing up

Even if you do not have a standing desk at work, that does not mean that you can not do some work while standing up. This also prevents the usual office tensions again.

4. Incorporate exercise during everyday activities

When brushing your teeth or making a phone call you can just as well move, instead of standing or sitting. The favorite series also does not have to be watched on the sofa. So you simply build even more exercise in everyday life - and without losing time.

5. Use a fitness tracker

The World Health Organization WHO recommends 8,000 steps a day. Anyone who - like me - has an office job will always be up-to-date with a fitness bracelet. I have recently been using the Soehnle Fit Connect 200 HR. The 8000 steps I do not always full after a normal working day - the pedometer reminds me of this goal, so I like to go for a walk in the evening.

info

The Soehnle Fit Connect 200 HR counts both steps and the distance covered, showing me additional activity time and calorie consumption. For me it is therefore an adequate means to remind me daily of a little more exercise. A vibration alert also reminds me of my goals, which I have set in the associated Soehnle Connect app. The app also shows me clearly in different graphics, how successful I was on different days with my goals.
