You take;
1 packet of canneloni
1 kg asparagus diced to the heads
250g of mascarpone
1 cup of brunch
1 cup of cream cheese herbs
Red onion mini cubes
mushrooms
pepper ham
Piece of solid cheese ... Gouda ..
3 packets of white sauce
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
1 pack of 8-herb mix

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.



So ... now it starts ...

Mix the mascarpone, brunch and cheese. Pure herbs, and season with the spices. Put in the asparagus snippets and remove the onion and put it in there too, I did it with my hands, it's easiest.

Now fill the canneloni. That works best with the hands. Place in a baking dish. Tear hams into shreds and put them over, also cut the mushrooms into slices and put them over it. Also pass the asparagus heads over. Now stir in the sauce and just pour over it.

Cover and leave in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then remove the cover and put the cheese over it. Continue baking until it has melted.

We had a glass of wine and bread there. There is nothing left. Next time I would sprinkle fresh chives over it and some chili cubes ... it looks really bland otherwise ... But it was delicious.
