Roast cauliflower raw

I like the Asian cuisine, especially "stir fry", and the vegetables are usually roasted uncooked. Therefore, I find the variant with the cauliflower very tasty. It tastes crispy and no longer as watery as if you previously cooked it. That is how it goes:

- Cut cauliflower into slices as thin as possible, not thicker than 5 mm, otherwise they will not cook properly and burn when roasting.
- Put the cauliflower in a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water. Then drain well.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the cauliflower slices and stir well, so that nothing burns. It takes (for me) about 10 minutes, until the cabbage is fried.
- Finished. Enjoy!
