Ingredients: 1x puff pastry as a roll, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 onion soup, 1 egg, slightly grated Gouda.

Spread the puff pastry and leave for 10 -20min so that it folds better. Add the sour cream with the onion soup to a creamy mixture. Spread the mass on half of the puff pastry, then close it. Cut 3-4 cm wide strips from the rectangle. Turn the strip twice around itself, looks like a spiral, brush with egg yolk and lightly sprinkle Gouda.

Bake at a temperature of approx. 160 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven until golden brown.
